I hope it doesn't cost me any XDM levels, but here's a heretical copy of my custom XD20 Character Sheet. The Stats I've used are Physical, Mental, and a blank spot for whatever the XDM or player wants to insert.
I find this blank spot particularly useful for campaigns and adventures that don't include a magical element for the players. The most common thing to fill in the spot is simply Luck, but in a myriad of adventures it could also be for a specialized skill, something that isn't quite Physical or Mental.
Here are some ideas for uses of the The Third Stat:
Piloting
Charm
Medicine
Engineering
Technical
Mechanical
Stealth
Persuasion
Social
Investigate
Chi
Luck
Strategy
Tactics
Leadership
Thievery
Ride
Courage
Sanity

Anybody have other thoughts on the subject?
How have you used the Third Stat?

Nah, I'm good with the 3 base stats in the AXD20 sheet. Anything else boils down to them having a specific skill, at which point I'll give them a bonus to the roll if they're the type of character that should be good with that skill.

What do you do with WAH for non-mystical characters DocTwisted?

It's their luck. Which means I adjust the difficulty of hitting them in combat with it. Also, I've been considering using it if they choose to have their character do some kind of gambling in-game, and I'm also considering having them roll it for when I need a moment of serendipity to help advance the plot.
